To change your picture on profiles associated with online accounts, you have to use the profile tools for that account. You can customize the profile name and add a custom icon for profiles that aren't associated with an online account. To change the profile settings, open the Profiles page and then click the three dots to the left of the Sign In/Sign Out button, as shown here.
